After a traumatic incident, we can celebrate the life we still have. Our lives have dramatically changed, and we are not the same, but we can begin to get to know him/her and celebrate the NEW you.
PTG may mean we are needing and reaching out for more support and companionship during tougher times. It is during these life changing times that relationships can get you through by sharing, caring, and love.
Learning to be in the moment, compassion with ourselves can make a big difference in continuing with personal growth after trauma. Deciding to reach out to help others may become a calling.
New possibilities can await you, if you open your heart to it, after your heart has done some healing work.
There may be old strengths that have become stronger after PTG and also new strengths may have developed.
For some, spiritual growth becomes a way to heal the heart and keep your vessel grounded in two worlds-the seen and unseen.
Learning to play and have fun in your life and getting your creative juices flowing possibly for the first time can expand and enhance PTG.

Virtual sessions provide a convenient way for you to receive counselling at home on your days off, during your lunch break, on remote islands, and outside BC. If outside of BC, the laws of the province or country where you are physically located during the session take precedence in terms of counselling.
Virtual sessions will now take place through the Jane App platform. Jane will send you a link 30 minutes prior to our counselling session. No need to download any app. Simple and easy.
